Over the years, my journey as a long-distance runner has been filled with both triumphs and challenges. These experiences have shaped who I am today, and I’ve built  Fell Fit Coaching to share the lessons I’ve learned along the way. My goal is to inspire and guide you—whether you’re aiming for a new milestone or conquering an entirely new distance—helping you become a stronger, more confident runner.

But Fell Fit is more than just coaching—it’s a community. We meet up monthly, and this year alone, we’ve supported each other at races, gone canyoning, and shared incredible adventures together. It’s about growing not just as individual athletes, but alongside others who share the same passion and drive.

Whether you're chasing a marathon PB, tackling your first 5K, or returning from injury, your programme is tailored to your goals, schedule, and experience. Through consistent communication and smart progression, we’ll build fitness, strength, and confidence – step by step.

Life’s demands don’t always fit into a rigid training schedule, and that’s okay. I’ll work with you to craft a flexible training plan that fits your unique needs and commitments.

Together, we’ll follow a training plan built around your objectives, time constraints, and location, keeping everything manageable and focused. Using evidence-based training methods, I’ll create a balanced program with structured training and recovery phases, ensuring it complements your lifestyle.

 

I’ll keep your sessions varied and enjoyable, offering support and honest feedback to keep you on track through Training Peaks. As your coach, I’ll remain adaptable, fine-tuning the plan when needed to ensure you’re always making progress toward achieving your best results.
